Mike has held a number of senior operations and general manger positions for major international groups both in the UK and Europe. He spent 8 years with Philips Electronics TV manufacturing division, where he had a record of driving operational performance and organisational change. Whilst working in Eastern Europe for an international company in the printing and identification industry he gained significant insight into understanding cultural differences and how to build successful high performance teams in a multinational environment.

Educated at Aston University, Mike graduated as a Material Scientist before moving into industry. He is qualified as secondary school Maths teacher which brings valuable insight in bringing robust learning to industrial situations.
